More About Robert Russa Moton (1867-1940)

Robert Russa Moton,  born on August 26,1867, started his educational journey at 18 when he enrolled in the Hampton Institute. After college he served in the military for over 2 decades as a commander. Later on, he became the second African-American head of the Tuskegee Institute right after Booker T Washington.

The Inspiration

Robert Moton teachings became such an impact on the African-American students. To continue on assisting students on their educational pathway, we provide Scholarships for students in the Carol County School System. We also participate in many activities throughout the year that funds our programs. The first scholarship recipient received $500 in 1974. Fast forward to 2022, our recipients received a total of $2000. We loved to prove more assistance with your assistance.
